ADHD Conversations
Beyond the sensationalist soundbites
REAL CONVERSATIONS ON NEURODIVERGENCE
Think you’ve heard everything there is to hear about ADHD and neurodivergence? We invite you to think again. After years as a frequent podcast guest, Dr Rachel Gow decided it was time to create a space of her own, one shaped by decades of professional experience, research, and lived insight working at the intersection of brain health, nutrition, and neurodivergence. This podcast exists because there is still so much more to explore, question, and understand. Our guests are carefully selected for their credibility, depth of knowledge, and powerful lived-experience perspectives. We are not interested in soundbites, product-pushing, or sensationalism. These conversations are thoughtful, grounded, and unapologetically real, focused on substance, nuance, and what truly matters. This is honest dialogue, meaningful reflection, and authentic storytelling, created to challenge assumptions and deepen understanding.
ADHD conversations continue through the launch of our very own podcast series
Launching in May 2026, the Nutritious Minds Clinic Podcast brings together clinicians, researchers, scientists, authors, parents, individuals with lived experience, and creative artists working in the neurodivergent space. Through thoughtful and honest conversations, the podcast explores brain health, neurodivergence, nutrition, emotional regulation, and resilience. Each episode is designed to share knowledge, oTer practical tools, spark creativity, amplify lived-experience stories, and ultimately deepen understanding, connection, and compassion.
