Nutritious Minds Clinic is a collective of experienced practitioners working together to support brain health, neurodivergence, and emotional wellbeing. Our team collaborates across disciplines to help clients access thoughtful, personalised, and evidence-informed support, guided by shared values and professional standards. We are here to help you find the right practitioner and support pathway for your needs, and to make the process feel clear, supported, and manageable.
Getting Started With Nutritious Minds

STEP 1:
COMPLETE THE ENQUIRY FORM
Begin by completing the Contact Us or Book an Appointment form. This allows us to understand what support you are seeking and any preferences you may have.
STEP 2:
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND PRACTITIONER MATCHING
Our clinic secretary will acknowledge your enquiry and either refer you to your chosen practitioner or help match you with an appropriate practitioner based on your needs and the service requested.
STEP 3:
INITIAL CONTACT & DISCOVERY CALL
Our practitioner will make direct contact with you. Where appropriate, a brief complimentary discovery call of up to 10 minutes may be offered to clarify goals, answer questions, and ensure the service is a good fit.
STEP 4:
INITIAL CONSULTATION & SCREENING
Your first consultation is a comprehensive assessment lasting between 60 and 120 minutes, depending on the service. This is usually offered as one longer appointment or as two shorter sessions, allowing time to explore your needs in a supportive and manageable way. It may include a detailed medical, developmental, educational, and lifestyle history, alongside discussion of current symptoms such as mood, behaviour, attention, or emotional regulation. You may also be asked to complete a three-day food and lifestyle diary and, where appropriate, validated screening questionnaires.
STEP 5:
PERSONALISED CARE PLANNING
Following the initial consultation, your practitioner will develop a personalised, non- pharmacological care plan. This may include recommendations for nutrition support, wellbeing or emotional regulation sessions, functional or nutritional testing where appropriate, or referral for diagnostic evaluation and medication if indicated. Recommendations are tailored to your individual presentation and goals.
Ongoing appointments & reports
Standard follow-up appointments are typically 30-45 minutes in length. Professional letters and reports, including those for schools, employers, or other organisations, are charged separately and discussed in advance.
Working With You and Your Family
NUTRITIOUS MINDS CLINIC IS HERE TO SUPPORT YOU AND YOUR FAMILY OVER THE LONGER TERM

Our practitioners work alongside you to provide continuity in neurodivergence-informed care, brain health guidance, practical nutrition support, educational input, and emotional wellbeing support, adapting recommendations as circumstances evolve. Our aim is not a one-off intervention, but steady, thoughtful support that grows with you and your family, supporting brain health resilience, understanding, and emotional wellbeing over time.
