Drawing on her earlier career as a Management Accountant and HR Executive, Heidi brings a grounded, practical understanding of workplace stress and human behaviour into her therapeutic work. This enables her to offer approaches that are both rooted in traditional healing wisdom and highly relevant to the demands of modern life.​ As a Certified Meditation and Mindfulness Teacher, Reiki Master Teacher and Practitioner, Feng Shui Consultant, and Forest Bathing Guide, Heidi offers a deeply integrative approach. Her work extends beyond the individual to include the environments they live and work in, using Traditional Feng Shui principles to support clarity, balance, and flow. At Nutritious Minds Clinic, Heidi provides gentle, non-verbal pathways to regulation and restoration, particularly for individuals experiencing stress, overwhelm, or emotional fatigue, helping clients cultivate resilience, calm, and a greater sense of ease in daily life.
