Working with Nutritious Minds Clinic
Bridging the gap between diagnosis and day to day living
Nutritious Minds Clinic is a specialist, multidisciplinary online clinic designed to support children, adolescents, and adults with ADHD and other neurodivergent profiles, including Autism Spectrum Conditions, Dyslexia, Dyspraxia, and related symptoms.
We exist to bridge the gap between diagnosis and day-to-day living. Whether you are seeking initial screening, a clearer understanding of your neurodivergent profile, or practical support for emotional regulation, nutrition, learning, behaviour, and mental wellbeing, our clinic offers coordinated, evidence-informed care under one trusted roof. Through our carefully curated network of accredited practitioners, we provide personalised, compassionate support that evolves, helping our clients move from uncertainty to clarity, and from coping to thriving.

Our approach
Our practitioners provide both clinical assessment and therapeutic support, recognising that brain health and neurodivergence require an integrated, whole-person approach. We offer specialist screening and diagnostic support for ADHD and other neurodivergent profiles, alongside support for broader brain and mental health challenges, including anxiety and depression.

In addition, we provide evidence-informed wellbeing services such as yoga, sound healing, meditation, and coaching, designed to support emotional regulation, nervous system balance, and day-to-day functioning as part of a personalised care pathway.
Integrated Brain Health & Neurodivergent Care
Our approach integrates clinical expertise with functional and lifestyle-based support, recognising that brain health and neurodivergence are influenced by interconnected biological, psychological, and environmental factors. We provide specialist screening and assessment for ADHD and other neurodivergent profiles, alongside personalised support for cognitive, emotional, and behavioural challenges.

In addition, we offer evidence-informed wellbeing and therapeutic services such as coaching, mindfulness, movement, and nervous system regulation, designed to enhance emotional resilience, restore balance, and support day-to-day functioning as part of a tailored, whole-person care pathway.
Assessments & Diagnostics
Nutritional and biochemical testing is available via validated home-testing kits, home visits by experienced phlebotomists (within the M25), or scheduled appointments at a central London W1 clinic. These assessments allow for a deeper understanding of nutritional status, metabolic health, and physiological contributors to cognitive and emotional well-being.

Nutritious Minds Clinic
Nutritious Minds Clinic provides specialist nutritional support for individuals with ADHD and other neurodivergent profiles, recognising the important role that nutrition, metabolism, and brain-selective nutrients play in cognitive function, emotional regulation, and overall brain health. This service includes comprehensive nutritional testing using Dr Rachel Gow’s carefully formulated bespoke assessment package designed to evaluate brain-selective nutrients and identify potential nutritional insufficiencies that may influence neurotransmitter activity involved in attention, mood, emotional regulation, and cognitive performance.
Where relevant, testing may assess key nutrients known to support neurological function, including fatty acids, vitamins, minerals, and other metabolic markers involved in brain health. Results are interpreted within the broader context of each client’s symptoms, lifestyle, diet, medical history, and neurodivergent profile. From this, a comprehensive personalised plan is developed to correct nutritional imbalances through a foods-first approach and, where necessary, carefully selected supplementation. Support is designed to be practical, sustainable, and family-friendly, helping individuals and families implement meaningful dietary and lifestyle changes that support long-term brain health, resilience, and daily functioning.
Gut-Brain Support
Our practitioners provide specialist gut–brain axis support, recognising the close relationship between gastrointestinal health, immune function, mood, cognition, and behaviour. Communication between the gut and brain occurs through multiple pathways, including the vagus nerve, immune signalling, and metabolic processes.
Comprehensive gut health assessments may include advanced stool testing to explore microbial diversity, inflammation, immune markers, digestive function, and microbiome balance. Where imbalances are identified, personalised support is provided through dietary strategies, targeted supplementation, and lifestyle interventions designed to restore gut health and support mental and emotional well-being. This approach reflects the growing scientific understanding that gut dysbiosis and microbial imbalance may contribute to changes in mood, attention, anxiety, and neurodevelopmental symptoms in some individuals.
Well Woman Health Check
Our Well Woman Health Check is designed to support women across the lifespan by identifying physiological factors that can influence brain health, mood, energy, cognition, and emotional well-being.

This service includes personalised testing to assess:
- Hormonal health (including key hormones where appropriate)
- Thyroid function
- Vitamin and mineral status relevant to brain, metabolic, and emotional health

Results are interpreted within the context of your symptoms, medical history, lifestyle, and neurodivergent profile, where relevant. Recommendations are evidence-informed and may include nutritional strategies, lifestyle guidance, and targeted supplementation, with the aim of supporting long-term wellbeing rather than short-term symptom suppression. This service is particularly relevant for women experiencing fatigue, mood changes, brain fog, attention difficulties, hormonal transitions, or worsening neurodivergent traits across the menstrual cycle, perimenopause, or menopause.
Food Intolerance & Allergy Testing
Nutritious Minds Clinic offers Food Intolerance and Allergy Testing as part of a comprehensive approach to understanding how diet, immune responses, and gut–brain interactions may influence behaviour, cognition, mood, and physical health. There has long been scientific and clinical interest in the relationship between food intolerances, immune reactivity, and neurodevelopmental and neurodivergent conditions in both children and adults. Research has consistently highlighted higher rates of gastrointestinal symptoms, immune activation, and food-related sensitivities among individuals with ADHD and related neurodivergent profiles. Large-scale, longitudinal studies, including work by Lange et al. (2024), have reported associations between food intolerances, immune dysregulation, and ADHD across development. More recent nutritional psychiatry research has further explored how diet, gut health, inflammation, and metabolic factors interact with attention, emotional regulation, and behavioural outcomes.

Food intolerance and allergy testing may be considered where individuals experience:
- Gastrointestinal symptoms (bloating, pain, altered bowel habits)
- Skin, respiratory, or inflammatory symptoms
- Fluctuations in mood, attention, irritability, or behaviour linked to dietary intake and specific dietary cravings
- Co-occurring neurodivergent and immune-related conditions

Testing is always interpreted cautiously, within the broader clinical context. Where appropriate, results inform structured dietary trials, nutritional support, and gut–brain interventions, rather than unnecessary long-term restriction.
