Kara Dellow
REGISTERED NUTRITIONAL THERAPIST

Kara Dellow is a Nutritional Therapist specialising in functional nutrition, with a particular focus on hormonal health, metabolic wellbeing, and chronic fatigue. Her journey into nutritional therapy was shaped by personal experience, following a demanding career in London media agencies and a senior role within a leading global soft drinks company. Behind the pace of corporate life, Kara experienced significant personal challenges, including bereavement, complex pregnancies, and the cumulative impact of chronic stress. Entering her 40s, she developed a range of health concerns, including fatigue, brain fog, insomnia, hormonal imbalance, digestive issues, migraines, skin conditions, and pre-diabetes. This pivotal period led her to retrain in Nutritional Therapy and graduate with Distinction from the College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM). Kara takes a root-cause, personalised approach, combining clinical insight with advanced functional testing, including gut health, hormone panels, food sensitivities, and nutrigenomics. Her work focuses on identifying underlying imbalances and creating targeted, evidence-informed nutrition and lifestyle strategies. Her philosophy is simple: test, not guess, empowering clients to achieve meaningful, sustainable improvements in long-term health and wellbeing.

The Functional Nutrition Package
The Functional Nutrition package is a personalised, root-cause approach to health that looks beyond symptoms to understand how the body’s systems function and interact. Rather than applying a one-size-fits-all diet, it considers factors such as digestion, inflammation, lifestyle, genetics, and the microbiome to create targeted, individualised nutrition and lifestyle strategies.
Functional testing, such as comprehensive stool, hormone, or nutrient analysis, provides deeper insight into what’s happening inside the body. It helps identify imbalances that may not show up in standard tests, allowing me to design precise, evidence-informed interventions that support long-term health rather than simply managing symptoms.
The Comprehensive Menopause Package
A DUTCH test (Dried Urine Test for Comprehensive Hormones) is particularly useful in peri- and menopause, as it provides a detailed picture of fluctuating hormone levels, including oestrogen, progesterone, and cortisol, along with how these hormones are metabolised. This insight helps identify patterns such as oestrogen dominance, low progesterone, or stress-driven imbalances, enabling more targeted nutrition and lifestyle strategies to address symptoms like irregular cycles, mood changes, sleep disruption, and weight gain.
A Comprehensive Stool Analysis (GUT test) is valuable during peri/menopause because the gut microbiome plays a key role in hormone balance, particularly through the “estrobolome,” which influences how oestrogen is metabolised and cleared from the body. Assessing gut health can help identify dysbiosis, inflammation, or impaired detoxification pathways that may contribute to symptoms such as bloating, weight gain, mood changes, and oestrogen dominance. By understanding underlying imbalances, targeted nutrition and lifestyle strategies can support both gut function and hormonal stability during this transitional phase.
-
The DUTCH testing kit, which is non-invasive and can be conducted at home
-
Comprehensive Stool Analysis kit
-
Functional Nutrition Consultation; 90 minutes
-
Functional Nutrition Plan tailored and personalised using the results from the DUTCH and Gut tests to support your body through this time of transition

ADHD Nervous System Analysis integrating Nutrigenomics
Nutrigenomic Testing provides a detailed look at key genes/SNPs involved in the predisposition to developing ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder). Nutrigenomic testing can help to understand individual neurochemistry and enable personalised nutrition and lifestyle therapies to alleviate negative symptoms.
-
Nutrigenomic Test kit (cheek swab)
-
Nutrigenomic reports (the body’s interaction with key nutrients such as B Vitamins, Vitamin C, Vitamin D, and other food compounds, e.g., lactose (in dairy), caffeine, and gluten) and the Nervous System report, looking at various pathways including Dopamine and Serotonin production and metabolism.
-
Functional Nutrition 1:1 comprehensive health audit consultation
-
Functional Nutrition personalised plan: Tailored and personalised, fully informed by the nutrigenomic testing.
-
2 x 30-minute follow-ups
Food sensitivity testing
Testing for food sensitivities can be helpful in ADHD because certain immune-triggering foods may contribute to low-grade inflammation, gut disruption, and changes in neurotransmitter function, all of which can influence focus, mood, and behaviour. Identifying and temporarily removing reactive foods can help the nervous system stabilise, often supporting improvements in attention, emotional regulation, and overall cognitive clarity. Functional testing helps support clients beyond guesswork, enabling more targeted dietary strategies that support both brain health and gut function, two key areas in ADHD support.
-
A Food Sensitivity Panel
-
A Functional Nutrition consultation, including a thorough health audit
-
Functional Nutrition personalised plan informed by the Food Sensitivity panel.
-
Includes 4 x 30-minute follow-up appointments

Adele Wimsett
WOMENS HEALTH PRACTITIONER

Adele Wimsett is a Women’s Health Practitioner specialising in ADHD and perimenopause, with a focus on how hormonal change affects mood, cognition, emotional regulation, and the nervous system.
Many of the women Adele works with are intelligent, capable, and highly self-aware, yet find themselves increasingly dysregulated during midlife, often after years of being told their symptoms are “just anxiety” or unrelated to their ADHD. Adele’s work exists to address this gap. Drawing on clinical practice, original research, and lived experience, her approach is hormone-literate, neurodivergent-informed, and education-led. She supports women to understand hormone ratios, nervous system load, and individual context before making decisions about interventions, including HRT where appropriate. Her work bridges evidence-based understanding with nervous-system-aware support, helping women move forward with clarity, agency, and self-trust.
