1. About Nutritious Minds Clinic

Nutritious Minds Clinic operates as a curated referral and introduction platform, connecting individuals with independent practitioners in areas including:

• Nutritional therapy

• Coaching and emotional wellbeing

• Psychology and related disciplines

We do not provide medical or diagnostic services directly. All clinical services are delivered by independent practitioners.

 

2. Role of Nutritious Minds Clinic

Nutritious Minds Clinic:

• Provides a platform to connect clients with vetted practitioners

• Facilitates initial enquiries and introductions

• Processes payments for referral and administrative purposes

 

We do not:

• Deliver medical diagnoses or treatment

• Assume clinical responsibility for practitioner services

• Act as the treating clinician

All clinical responsibility rests solely with the practitioner.

 

3. Independent Practitioners

All practitioners listed operate as independent professionals.

Each practitioner is responsible for:

• Clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment

• Professional conduct and regulatory compliance

• Holding appropriate professional indemnity insurance

Where applicable, practitioners are registered with relevant regulatory bodies (e.g. General Medical Council, HCPC, BACP or equivalent).

 

4. Referral Fees & Transparency

Nutritious Minds Clinic may receive a referral fee when introducing clients to independent practitioners. This does not affect practitioner independence or clinical decision-making. Our practitioner recommendations are based on:

• Professional qualifications

• Experience and expertise

• Alignment with Nutritious Minds values

 

5. Payments

Nutritious Minds Clinic acts as an agent on behalf of the practitioner in relation to payment processing. Fees collected are for services provided by the practitioner, not by Nutritious Minds Clinic.

Payments may be:

• Collected by Nutritious Minds Clinic and transferred to the practitioner, or

• Processed by Nutritious Minds Clinic on behalf of the practitioner as part of administrative and referral services

Nutritious Minds Clinic does not provide the clinical or therapeutic services associated with these payments.

A contractual relationship for services exists directly between the client and the independent practitioner. The practitioner is solely responsible for the delivery of all services, including any assessment, diagnosis, treatment, coaching, or support provided.

 

6. Clinical Responsibility

All clinical services, including:

• Psychiatric assessments

• ADHD diagnosis

• Nutritional therapy

• Coaching or psychological support

are provided solely by the practitioner.

 

Nutritious Minds Clinic:

• Is not responsible for clinical outcomes

• Does not guarantee diagnosis, treatment results, or therapeutic outcomes

• Does not provide emergency or crisis services

 

 

7. Data Protection & GDPR

Nutritious Minds Clinic is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

How we collect your data

Once a referral has been made, each practitioner is independently responsible for:

Where Dr Rachel Gow provides services directly in her capacity as a psychologist, she acts as an independent practitioner and data controller. In such cases, client records are held and managed in accordance with professional, ethical, and legal requirements.

 

Nutritious Minds Clinic retains enquiry data only for as long as necessary to process and manage referrals.

Your rights

You have the right to:

9. Limitation of Liability

Nutritious Minds Clinic acts as an introducer and facilitator only and does not provide clinical services.

Nutritious Minds Clinic does not assume any duty of care in relation to clinical services provided by independent practitioners. All clinical responsibility rests solely with the practitioner.

Nutritious Minds Clinic is not liable for any clinical decisions, diagnoses, treatment outcomes, or advice provided by practitioners, and does not accept responsibility for the actions or omissions of any practitioner.

Clients engage practitioners at their own discretion and responsibility.

 

10. Insurance

All practitioners are required to hold:

• Appropriate professional indemnity insurance

• Relevant regulatory registrations

Nutritious Minds Clinic also maintains appropriate business and professional insurance, including:

• Public liability insurance

• Professional indemnity (non-clinical services)

 

11. Complaints

If you have concerns regarding:

If you have concerns about the care provided by a practitioner, please contact them directly. Practitioners are responsible for their own clinical services and are regulated by their relevant professional bodies where applicable.
