Nutritious Minds Clinic may receive a referral fee when introducing clients to independent practitioners. This does not affect practitioner independence or clinical decision-making. Our practitioner recommendations are based on:

5. Payments
Nutritious Minds Clinic acts as an agent on behalf of the practitioner in relation to payment processing. Fees collected are for services provided by the practitioner, not by Nutritious Minds Clinic.

Collected by Nutritious Minds Clinic and transferred to the practitioner, or

Processed by Nutritious Minds Clinic on behalf of the practitioner as part of administrative and referral services
Nutritious Minds Clinic does not provide the clinical or therapeutic services associated with these payments.
A contractual relationship for services exists directly between the client and the independent practitioner. The practitioner is solely responsible for the delivery of all services, including any assessment, diagnosis, treatment, coaching, or support provided.
6. Clinical Responsibility
All clinical services, including:

are provided solely by the practitioner.
